Practical, engaging education that helps students understand waste, recycling, reusables and the real-world systems behind them.

Waste is something every student interacts with every day, but understanding what actually happens after the bin can be surprisingly complicated. Our school programmes turn big topics into practical, age-appropriate learning through videos, real-world examples, lesson resources and live education. Whether you’re looking at recycling, reusable period products or the wider world of waste, there’s a Waste-Ed programme to help bring it to life.

Designed to make your job easier.

Waste education can cross science, social sciences, health, sustainability and everyday life, but finding trustworthy, engaging resources can take time. Our programmes are designed so teachers can use individual lessons or build them into a wider unit, depending on what works for their class. You don’t need to be a waste expert. We’ve done the digging for you.

Looking for something a little different?

Not every school, class or learning programme needs the same thing. If you’re looking for something beyond our existing school resources, we can also deliver live Zoom sessions, in-person education or create tailored programmes and content around the topics you want your students to explore. Whether you’re planning a sustainability focus, looking for period education, exploring waste and recycling or want something designed specifically for your students. Talk to us about what we can deliver.
