We believe waste education works best when people can actually see themselves in it. That means understanding who we’re talking to, what matters to that community, what barriers they face and how the information needs to be delivered to make it useful.

We work alongside councils, community organisations and local groups to create practical, engaging education that feels relevant to the people in front of us. Whether it’s a small local group, a large community event, a cultural organisation, a social network or something completely different, we shape the content around the audience rather than expecting the audience to fit the content.

​We can tailor the content, format, examples, language and delivery style to suit the audience, whether that means a hands-on session, translated resources, culturally relevant content or a programme designed around a very specific community need. 

Because good education is not about delivering the same message to everyone.
